Privacy Policy
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Greenline Trading ("Greenline," "we") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors, prospective customers, and customers of our website at greenline.agents.com and the Greenline trading automation service (the "Service"). This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
- Account details: the username you pick, your subscription tier, and configuration choices you share with us (risk preferences, pair selections, etc.).
- Exchange API keys: the API key you generate on your own exchange and provide to us so the Service can place orders on your account. These keys are stored encrypted and must be configured without withdrawal permissions.
- Communications: emails, Telegram messages, call notes, and support tickets.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage logs: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and dashboard actions, used for security and to improve the Service.
- Operational data: orders the Service placed on your exchange, timestamps, fills, and performance metrics.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Stripe (payments): billing status, last four digits of the card, and payment history. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Exchange (Coinbase): account balances and order data returned by the exchange API.
3. Information we do not collect
To be explicit: Greenline does not collect or store:
- Your Coinbase password or login credentials.
- Private keys to any wallet you own.
- Full credit card numbers (Stripe handles that). We never see or store them.
- Your Social Security number, government ID, or bank account number (unless future regulatory requirements force us to collect it, in which case we will update this policy and notify you).
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Configure your bot and execute orders on your exchange at your direction.
- Bill you and process payments through Stripe.
- Send account, service, and security communications.
- Send marketing emails — which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

Service providers acting on our behalf, under contractual
confidentiality and security obligations. This currently includes:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and storage)
- Email delivery providers (transactional and marketing email)
- Analytics providers (aggregated usage only)
- Exchanges — specifically Coinbase — receive API calls made on your behalf. Your relationship with Coinbase is governed by Coinbase's own privacy policy.
- Legal and safety: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or necessary to protect Greenline, its users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions: if Greenline is acquired or reorganized, your data may be transferred, subject to this policy.
6. How we protect your data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. Key practices include:
- Encrypting exchange API keys at rest and in transit.
- TLS for all traffic to and from the Service.
- Principle-of-least-privilege access controls for Greenline personnel.
- Logging and monitoring of access to sensitive systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations (including tax and anti-fraud record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Exchange API keys are deleted from our systems promptly after your subscription ends or on your written request, whichever comes first.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@greenline.agents.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You can also:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email.
- Revoke your exchange API key directly in Coinbase — this stops the Service from placing further orders immediately.
- Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to secure the Service. We may use first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage of the site. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies on our marketing site.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the dashboard.
