Where is my money while the bot runs?
On your own Coinbase account. We never touch custody. The bot connects via an API key that you create — and we ask you to disable withdrawal permissions so even a compromised key can't move funds off the exchange.
Are you a registered investment adviser?
No. Greenline is a technology provider. We configure and operate software — we do not recommend specific investments, take custody of funds, or offer personalized financial advice. You remain the decision-maker on your own account.
How much money could I lose?
In principle, all of it. Automated crypto trading involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance of any strategy — ours or anyone else's — does not guarantee future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
Do I need to be a trader to use this?
No. If you can create a Coinbase account, generate an API key, and read a monthly email report, you can run Greenline. We handle the rest.
Can I pause or stop the bot?
Any time. One toggle in the dashboard halts new entries; a second closes open positions. You can also just revoke the API key from Coinbase and everything stops instantly.
What happens to my subscription if a month is bad?
The monthly fee stays the same. That's the point of no performance fees — we don't have an incentive to push your risk up to juice a number. If you decide to cancel, you can do it from your dashboard with no penalty.
